Group Cancellation Policy:

• Any group should be canceled at least 25 days before the arrival of the same, failing to apply charges for no show.
• Any cancellation after the above, will be charged for one night plus tax and no show charge.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to the hotel reservations department.  If the cancellation format does not have the cancellation number and the receipt stamp of the Reservations Department, means:  1.-  Not received the request for reservation or cancellation.
 2.- That the cancellation was not accepted by the hotel due the policies described here.

Individual Cancellation Policy:

• Any cancellation must be made Individual minimum 7 days before the arrival of it, to avoid charges. If not, we will charge one night stay for no show.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to the hotel reservations department.  If the cancellation format does not have the cancellation number and the receipt stamp of the Reservations Department, means: 1 .- Not received the request for reservation or cancellation.
• That the cancellation was not accepted by the hotel due the policies described here.

Blackout dates cancellations will be charged as follows:

• Between 15 and 10 days before date of arrival, any cancellation will be subject to one night plus tax as a no-show charge.
• Within 96 hours before date of arrival, any cancellation will be subject to two nights lodging plus tax and no-show charge.

No Shows will be penalized as follows:

• Travel Agency or Individual will be responsible for payment of no show the first night plus applicable taxes if the customer is not present on site.
In blackout dates, the no shows will be penalized with a fee for the reservation of a bed plus tax.

Name Changes:

• Any change of name on any individual or group reservation must be notified to the hotel at least 72 hrs. before the arrival of guests to avoid confusion on the reservations.

Guarantee Policy:

We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation or a deposit.

No Show Policy:

We will charge for one night in low season and high season stay.

Extra Person Policy:

The cost per extra person is 10.00 dls. includes tax.

Child Policy:

Considered 2 under 12 years stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults.
